Allan G. Porter

Allan G. Porter - Partner

Allan Porter was one of the founding partners of Mccue and Porter in June 1981. He became an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1976 and went on to become a Fellow in 1986. Over the last 40 years, Allan has gained a wide breadth of experience and expertise in all aspects of construction, and in particular has a strong focus on the commercial, industrial and specialist works sectors of the construction market place.
Allan has held office in the North East Area RICS Committee and has been a Private Practice Representative on the Liaison Committee of the RGU School of Surveying. He is currently an executive board member of the Gordon Highlander’s Museum and is a Burgess of the City of Aberdeen.
David G. Cobban

David G. Cobban

David Cobban joined Mccue and Porter in 1988. He became an associate in 1997 and has been a partner since 2005. He also became an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1991. Over the last 25 years, David has gained a wide base of knowledge and expertise in all areas of construction and also has a strong focus on the public and private residential sectors of the construction industry.
David has held office in the North East Area RICS Committees and is currently a member of the board of Management of Aberdeen College. He is a member of the Seven Incorporated Trades of Aberdeen (Hammermen Incorporation) and is a Burgess of the City of Aberdeen and member of the historic Timber XII.

Christopher G. Porter

Christopher G. Porter

Chris Porter joined Mccue and Porter in 1998 and progressed to senior surveyor until his appointment as associate in 2011. Chris is also a graduate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Over the last 15 years, Chris has gained considerable experience and expertise in all areas of construction and undertakes a range of projects in the commercial, industrial and private residential sectors of the construction market. Chris is a keen golfer and is a Member of Newmachar Golf Club.
